Terms of service.

By creating an account or using Creator-OS.Site you agree to these terms. If you use Creator-OS.Site on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

Purchases, subscriptions, refunds and chargebacks are processed by our payment partner under its own terms. We set our product prices and refund policy and remain responsible for our products. A refund request sent through CreatorOS asks us to review it and does not itself move funds.

The products, files and media in our shop remain with their respective rights holders. Your purchase gives you the access or licence stated with the product; it does not transfer copyright or permit redistribution.

After a completed purchase, files and access appear in your CreatorOS account and, where available, as a secure download link. You can report delivery issues or request a refund from us. Access may be suspended for chargebacks, fraud, unlawful sharing or attempts to bypass access controls.

No fraud, harassment, malware, scraping our products or other customers' data, or attempts to circumvent access controls. We may suspend accounts that violate this section.

We work to keep the service available but provide it on an “as is” basis without warranty of uninterrupted operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the product. Continued use after an update means acceptance.
