Payments on CreatorOS run through Whop, our payment partner. Here's the short version.

Who takes your payment
You pay on Whop's payment page, and Whop shows up on your card statement as the payment processor. Creator-OS.Site supplies the products in this shop and is responsible for their descriptions, prices, delivery and support. Card details go to Whop and are never stored here.

What can be sold
We sell digital products described accurately and honestly. Our shop follows Whop's prohibited products policy and community guidelines — no misleading listings, false claims or restricted items. Products that break those rules are removed.

Refunds and fees
We review refund requests and Whop processes approved refunds. Where a refund or chargeback is valid, the full amount goes back to the buyer. Whop charges us a processing fee on each sale; you pay the price shown. Details: Whop fees.
