Account details you provide (with credentials handled by our authentication provider), purchase and delivery records, membership access, and support or refund requests you submit.

We never see or store full card numbers or bank details. Payment data is handled entirely by our payment partner and its financial partners.

To show and search our products, complete and record orders, deliver purchased files and access, manage memberships, and respond to customer support requests.

We share data with infrastructure providers required to run the product (hosting, database, authentication) and with our payment processor. We do not sell personal data.

Account details are retained while your account is active. Purchase and support records may be retained as needed for delivery, fraud prevention, accounting, disputes and legal obligations. Account deletion removes eligible profile records.

You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@creator-os.site.
